The custard was steamed, with mushroom and crab on top. Do you think this recipe can be modified to add tofu and steam the custard in small cups?

Yes, I agree doesn’t look great but in the mouth/ on the tongue, definitely a winner. We are on a boat in Canada with Dungeness crab coming out of our ears. I loved the addition to our menu.
