I used shabu ribeye (Cooks in 5 secs) and some 1/8" Sliced pork belly (needed a few minutes for the fat to cook properly) with homemade broth. The little layer of pork fat with the final broth was amazing, as was Pailin's sauce. Snipping the noodles was a great tip!
