I have made this recipe 10 times at least. It's excellent. I finally tried it with an air fryer. It doesn't work. Air fryers, even big ones, don't have enough space. The noodles on the inside are not crispy. The meatballs cook unevenly when not rolling around in a hot wok or pot,

DEEE-Licious! Great recipe and great results. We did the deep fry in avocado oil and used the spare burner on the outdoor grill so our little house didn't end up stuck with dinner scents. Will make this again and again.

Air fryer works very well with the meatballs. 3 x 10 min at 180 decrees Celsius. Turn after every 10 min.
