When I made the tamarind from the fresh block I think I used a little to much water and after I strained it, it came out completely liquid. Is that ok to use? I just made my first attempt at Pad Thai. How can I share a picture?

In reply to Brad. Oh I think that's a very regional, northern dish that few people know about which is why there is no recipe for it online (in english). I don't have a recipe for it and never had it myself.
