10 out of 10; I agree with another reviewer who said this recipe is better than the other SF Garlic Noodle recipes out there. The lemon was a surprisingly nice touch! While we were eating, my husband requested to have it again this weekend.

PS Where can I buy the shirt that the lady in the video is wearing?

So much better than the other versions of San Francisco noodles! Used fusilli lunghi and added shrimp with the garlic. Amazing!

Truly stunning noodles. Outstanding and intense garlic flavour. Completely blown away that something so simple tastes so amazing. I accompanied it with shrimp.

Just as delicious as advertised, and ever so easy. We live a long way from an Asian market, but the dried Cantonese egg noodles I found locally were perfect--just the right amount of chewiness when cooked 4 minutes, per package instructions

There are lots of garlic noodle recipes out there based on the same popular dish, but I like pailin's twist to add golden mountain sauce. I also find her recipe amt of garlic to be appropriate whereas some others don't quite use enough. I don't like those greasy precooked noodles, so I'm glad there is alternative instruction for raw noodles to end up with a similar final weight, for seasoning purposes. A+

I am Thai and this is a good fusion noodle dish. I love it and would serve it with grilled shrimps or lobsters. Quite tasty!!
